inside the house. Offenders will be asked to leave and charged accordingly as we will be unable to let the room that night

Check
in is available from 11.00
am on
the day of arrival Check
out is by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Upon
confirmation and at checking in Guests must provide payment of either
cash, cheque or valid credit/debit card in advance
of the stay irrespective of the number of nights stay required
To secure a reservation guest have to provide payment
details by means of valid
credit/debit card details.
These details will be checked for validity, should they not be valid
then the booking will not be secured
We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles or guest property
whilst using the car park or guest house
We reserve the right to charge a credit/debit card in advance of
stay
We do not offer any refund of monies paid to guests that are asked to
leave
We are not obligated to offer any refunds due to early departure
after accommmodation has been booked and deposits held or paid for
Lost or damaged door keys will be charged for The minimum cost will be £75
We do not give any means of credit all accommodation has to be paid for in advance of
stay when checking in
For our own and your own security we use CCTV cameras to record images 24 hours a day
