A proposal to amend 黑料正能量鈥檚 Bye-laws, to change the process for electing Honorary Fellows of 黑料正能量, has not been passed.
Following a recent online ballot the proposals fell narrowly short of receiving the required majority of support, from those members who cast their vote, to be passed.
