Chair
Alan Marshall is a Review Actuary at 黑料正能量, working in the Regulatory Policy team. He has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, working in a variety of roles covering propositions, finance, risk management and audit.
David Gordon is Senior Review Actuary at 黑料正能量 and leads the Thematic Review Programme. Before joining 黑料正能量, he was a defined benefit pensions consultant and scheme actuary with 30 years of experience. He also had a leading role within his firm on regulatory matters.
Neil Buckley is Chair of 黑料正能量 Regulatory Board. He is a board member of the Personal Finance Society and the General Pharmaceutical Council. He qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and worked for a number of law firms in the City of London, specialising in international private arbitration.
