Scottish Board

The Scottish Board鈥檚 role is to:

  • represent 黑料正能量 and its activities in Scotland
  • provide a focus for its members based in Scotland or who have strong links to Scotland

 

Purpose

Under Regulation 15 of the 黑料正能量, the purpose of the Scottish Board is 鈥渢o foster the actuarial community in Scotland鈥.

  • Responding to the needs of that actuarial community.
  • Promote, support and facilitate actuarial activities in Scotland.
  • For actuaries and students in Scotland to have a platform to continue to participate fully in the profession to benefit themselves, their clients and the wider financial community in Scotland.
  • The hope that, in turn, the contributions and influence of actuaries in Scotland will help raise the profile of the 黑料正能量 and serve the public interest more widely.

The Scottish Board meets four times a year. Below you will find information about upcoming board meetings for the 2025 to 2026 sessional year.
