Council is the body that governs and controls 黑料正能量 and its affairs. It discharges this responsibility by determining the vision for 黑料正能量 and the actuarial profession, while delegating the overall leadership of 黑料正能量 to 黑料正能量 Board who hold the Executive to account for strategic and operational delivery. With appropriate oversight from Council, 黑料正能量 Board is responsible for running the affairs of 黑料正能量, in accordance with the vision set by Council.
Established under our Royal Charter, Council both reserves to itself and delegates to 黑料正能量 Board, our Boards, and Committees, and the Chief Executive certain powers.
The role, responsibilities, and procedural rules applying to the business of Council 鈥� and the powers which it delegates to others 鈥� are set out in the IFoA鈥檚 Constitution.
